The new website for the European Softball Federation went live at 9.00 am on Wednesday, March 20, and will provide quicker and clearer access to a wide range of information about softball in Europe.

The url for the new website remains the same as for the old site: http://old.europeansoftball.org.

The new website retains an events and competition calendar and information sections on tournaments, affiliated federations and ESF history, plus a wide range of documents relevant to teams, federations, tournament organisers and umpires. But there are two new sections that should attract a wide range of attention: one on development, and the other a multimedia gallery featuring softball videos and photographs.

The new development section will contain general development resources and information as well as specific resources for slowpitch development, men's fastpitch development and the Bee Ball children's program.

The section containing the wide range of ESF technical and administrative documents has been reorganised so that document lists are specifically tailored to the needs of Federations, tournament organisers, teams, scorekeepers, Technical Commissioners, Umpires-in-Chief and umpires.

And the new website as a whole should provide much clearer navigation routes for visitors to find the information or documents they need.

All comments and suggestions for making the new ESF website even better should be sent to: webmaster@europeansoftball.org.
