The Swedish Softball League will find its Softball Fastpitch Champion this weekend. Team Söder will face team Skövde Saints to win the title of Champion of Sweden.

During the past weekend, four teams played the semifinals of the Swedish National Championship: Söder faced Sundsvall, and Skövde Saints battled with Enköping to access the final.

Last Saturday, Söder played Sundsvall in the semifinal and won both games. In game 1, the two teams battled until the end, and team Söder obtained the W thanks to two big-innings at the 5th, scoring 5 runs, and at 7th, scoring 4 runs. Game 1 ended with the result of 10-5. The second game saw Söder prevailing 16-0.

Thanks to the wins, Söder took the first spot of the Swedish National Final.

During the other semifinal, the rain did not allow both games between Skövde Saints and Enköping on Saturday.
Skövde Saints took game 1 with the result of 16-3. Game 2 took place on Sunday, because of the weather conditions, and Skövde Saints won 9-6 against Enköping, winning the second ticket for the Swedish Championship Final.

The final will take place in Skarpnäck with a best-of-3 series between Skövde Saints and Söder, starting Saturday, September 19.
Both teams finished the season on top of the standings with a 12-2 record.

The final series, starting at 12, will be lived streamed on Söder YouTube channel.
