Hello players and coaches, the countdown has begun!

Once again, Softball Europe, in cooperation with the European Softball Coaches Association (ESCA), will be organizing the 2021 ESCA training camp this October.  

What you need to know:
Hopefully, the Covid pandemic will be behind us, and travelling abroad will no longer be a challenge. The training camp will only take place if we can guarantee a safe environment for everyone involved.
In September we will make a definite decision based on the facts we have at that time.

CAMP LOCATION:
Once again the ESCA training camp will take place in the Netherlands in The Nieuwe Erf in Diessen. 

DATE:
From Tuesday, October 26 to Sunday, October 31.
** New in 2021, one additional camp day. Previous camps were from Wednesday-Sunday.

PROGRAM:
Tuesday: arrival, registration, camp opening, and classroom workshops. 
Wednesday and Thursday: training and workshop sessions. 
Friday: structured situational training and game competition. 
Saturday: day game competition and Halloween party in the evening. 
Sunday: guest participant, closing ceremonies, and awards.

FOR WHOM IS THE CAMP:
Youth players (both boys and girls) ages 14-22.
All Softball coaches = head coaches, assistant coaches, youth team coaches, experienced coaches, beginning coaches, etc...

WHAT ELSE IS NEW:
Besides an additional camp day, we have invited all of the National Team Coaches from the various European Federations to participate in our program.
We are also working out the plans for having two National Fastpitch Coaches Association Instructors from The USA serve on our staff.

WHAT REMAINS THE SAME:
Excellent instruction (both group and individual attention), outstanding facilities for training sessions, qualified instructors for workshop themes, as well as guest instructors for classroom sessions.
Price includes all meals and lodging, plus assistance with transportation once you have arrived in the Netherlands.
Also the opportunity of making new friends from other European countries!

EXPENSES:
For both players and coaches, the cost of the camp for six days and five nights is 475€. 
If you register before July 1, you will receive a 50€ reduction without any obligation.
At any time up until September 15, you can withdraw your registration without any financial consequences.  

For ESCA premium members and for those of you who have attended one of our ESCA training camps in either 2017, 2018, or 2019, your cost will be 395€, if you register prior to July 1.
After July 1, the cost will be 425€.
Returnees can also withdraw their registration free of cost at any time up until September 15th without any financial consequences. 

Payment will start on the 16th of September.
At this time, we will be able to determine the consequences of the Covid pandemic.  

For all attending, full payment is required prior to the start of the camp. 

Cancellation before October 10 guarantees you a full refund.
Those who cancel after October 10 will be reimbursed 50% of your camp fee.
