Schedule announced for the first ever U-23 Men's Softball European Championship 2022
The four National Teams will play a three-day group stage. The top two teams will advance to the championship game, on Saturday, 9 July.
The World Baseball Softball Confederation Europe (WBSC Europe) today announced the official schedule of the first ever U-23 Men's Softball European Championship 2022. The Championship, qualifier for the WBSC U-23 Men's Softball World Cup, is set to commence on July 6, 2022.
After a three-day group stage, the top two teams will advance to the championship game and the third and fourth-ranked teams will play the bronze medal game which will be held on Saturday 9 July.
The bronze medal game is scheduled for noon local time and the gold medal final at 15:00.
Denmark and Israel will open the tournament on 6 July at 10 a.m., followed by the Czech Republic and Great Britain at noon. The opening ceremony is scheduled at 18:00 before the night game between the host team and the Danish National Team.

The Czech Republic will host the event in Sezimovo Usti, less than 100 km from the capital Prague. Sezimovo Usti is located in the Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
