Here is the process for the entries to postponed or cancelled events of 2020.

All entries of cancelled Cups of 2020 are cancelled. National Federations have the full right to send in new entries based on their results.
The only exception is with the Super Cup Coed Slowpitch, which was postponed from 2020 until 2021. For this Cup, individual entries to CSPESC 2020 received by December 31, 2019, are automatically valid for 2021 edition, no new entries are allowed. If there will be any other changes (withdrawal, substitution), the National Federations have the sole right to decide on participating teams.

Since there are no results from this season, the 2020 Ranking will be used automatically for 2021. It means that the same number of spots for each country from 2020 will be automatic in all fast pitch Cup Competitions in 2021.

All entries of postponed Championships from 2020 until 2021 – Men's European Championship and Women's European Championship – stay the same as to the Pools.
However, because of the exceptional situation, all National Federations have the right to add a new entry or to withdraw from the respective event based on the usual deadlines. This means all entries, including additional ones, will be accepted before December 31, 2020, and non-penalty withdrawals will be accepted before January 31, 2021.
In case of drastic changes as to withdrawals or new entries, Softball Europe technical committee might have to redo the pools. In case of little changes, then the pools will stay the same with just a few new allocations.

Call for entries for Softball Europe competitions 2021 will be announced as usual in October.
