The spectators at the Women's European Championship might be allowed. The event is scheduled for June 27 to July 3 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy.

Following the publication of the Guidelines of the  Italian Government's Department for Sport, the Italian Baseball and Softball Federation (FIBS), in agreement with the Local Authorities and clubs, has taken steps to obtain the authorization for public access to the games of the 2021 Women's European Softball Championship.

The capacities of each venue will need to be reduced because of COVID-19 restrictions and will vary from case to case. It will be necessary to manage the accesses electronically. All the spectators will reserve the entrance ticket, including their name, surname, and phone number.

Tickets, all free of charge, must be obtained through Eventbrite.it platform. The daily tickets for each venue will be made available starting 72 hours before the first game start on the same day. At the venue, the tickets will be verified through the barcode released by the platform. Tickets can also be shown directly on the mobile phone.

The possibility to access the venues and the capacity of the facilities are still being evaluated by the competent authorities and will be visible for each day/location on FIBS Eventbrite.

According to the current legislation, Italian spectators will need to social distance and use masks in the event venues.
The foreign spectators will have to show an English or Italian certificate of completed vaccination, or negativization within the previous six months, or of a negative swab within the previous 48 hours.
